Here's my Tone It Up Transformation Video. More of a Mental transformation for me than a physical one, but I did get some great results. My focus was not on weight loss but on getting Fit and Healthy. Tone It Up has changed my Life and so many others. I will continue to do the Bikini Workouts even though the series will soon be ending :-( Hopefully I will be part of the Tone It Up Family soon. Thank You to the Best Trainers: Karena and Katrina for your Inspiration and Mootivation.
