Hello everyone! thanks so much for watching & Happy Halloween! Seeing as halloween is a few days away and the new season of American Horror Story has just aired, I thought I'd create a halloween make-up look inspired by the creepy clown, seen in episode 1! The look isn't exact, I just took elements from the makeup.
This video isn't a step by step tutorial, so I apologies if it's hard to follow, it was just for fun and I hope you can still take inspiration and various elements from the look if you want to create something similar!!

Hopefully these instructions below will help also!!!

You can buy latex from most halloween/fancy dress stores or online!
- Apply a thin layer of latex over and around the mouth area (use an old tool as it will ruin the brush hairs/sponges!)
- take a piece of tissue and apply this over the areas of the latex
- again, apply your latex over the tissue & keep doing so until you get your desired thickness (around 5 layers)
- Use a hairdryer to speed up the process, dry in between adding layers.
- do not apply products until the latex is completely dry.
- Then apply your face paint (see video) to add redness and depth.
- To create the 'teeth' Use 'natural' fake nails - cut and fail them to your desired shape
- apply latex and a tissue to the areas where you want your teeth
- slightly flatten the nails so they aren't completely curved.
- Dip each nail in latex before applying. (TIP, wait for the latex to be slightly tacky before applying)
- add black and red face paint around the teeth to add depth.
- apply tissue and latex (same method) around the top and bottom of the teeth to slightly disguise where they are stuck.
- don't forget to apply fake blood in and around the latex areas, this really adds to the effect, and makes it look that little bit more real and gory. THE MORE THE BLOOD THE BETTER!
