This one was another request that I was so thankful to get! I had been debating doing this tutorial from the moment I saw this Jack Skellington dress! I know there are now other amazing Jack costumes for girls and I am pretty darn stoked on it!

There are quite a few Sally tutorials out there but I had a really hard time finding any other girly ones. I wanted to take this legendary character and give it my own special (super glittery, super girly) twist!
