Cupcake Recipe:

-1 box yellow cake mix
-1 cup flour
-1 cup sugar

I just followed the instructions on the back of the cake mix, and added an additional cup of flour and sugar to the mix.

Cream Cheese Frosting:

-8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
-8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces, room temperature
-1 cup confectioners' sugar
-1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Gradually add butter, and continue mixing until smooth and well blended. Add in confectioners sugar, and continue mixing until smooth. Add vanilla, and stir to combine.
