In this video I speak a little bit about the options that exist for incorporating natural products into your skincare regimen! You don't have to slather nasty chemicals and harmful, toxic products onto your face any more! There are plenty of safe, healthy beautiful and effective natural solutions to caring for your skin.

Today is more of an overview to help you get the picture that natural skincare can and does work! Future videos will focus on specific recipes and different areas of skincare and natural goodies.. :)

On my channel and especially over the next few videos I plan on going more in depth abut different DIY recipes and suggestions for greening your life in a holistic way, from your skin, hair, teeth, nails to your food, home and environment.

Cleansing
-oats
-waterless cleansers
-face foods e.g. The All Natural Face

Makeup removal
-almond oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, coconut oil
-cleansing balms

Toning
-lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
-rose water or aloe water

Moisturising
-rosehip seed oil, organ oil and jojoba oil
-avocado oil, coconut oil

Masks and treatments
-honey, turmeric, egg, milk, yoghurt, fenugreek, kaolin clay, oats, avocadoes... the list is endless! Mix and match!
-teatree oil works great for spot treatments

Exfoliation
-aha and bha products
-lemon juice or apple cider vinegar toner
