So, if you're followed step one and two, or even just step one by adding oil to your foundation you'll know it looks wonderful! HOWEVER! What do we do about that excess oil? Cause adding powder on top of oil isn't a great thing. So, we need to absorb it :) Which is what this step is about. Once you've done this you can then powder and i promise - you skin will look amazing, like nothing. It will leave behind the pigment of the foundation and take away the shine. No heavy powder look. Not cakey! AND - it will stop your foundation changing colour because we don't have all the excess oils from the foundation mixing with your own natural oils.

For those with dry skin, you can skip powder all together and using a setting spray instead - that will work beautiful and hold your makeup in place.
