I got my hair done at isalon in alameda by the wonderful & patient Jessie! If you're in the east bay I highly recommend this salon, I've been getting my hair cut there since last summer ^_^ Jessie used Goldwell and Olaplex for the bleach, which really made a huge difference, and for the lighter colors, Pravana Neon Yellow and Orange, Vivids Light Pink and Clear to make in lighter. I don't know what rinse and color was done on the bottom but I believe this type of color is called a dark copper blonde/deep copper.
