Disclaimer; as mentioned in the video, I haven't said that all women should do this and I don't expect people to tell me what to do with my face. I'm updating you on my shaving routine and I briefly explain what benefits I've experienced from shaving twice a month for more than a year.

I currently use disposable brow trimmers, single blade razors, from The Face Shop. A pack of two retails for $3 CND. They are awesome because they have a sharp blade that is longer than normal brow trimmers, furthermore, they fold for easy and safe storage.

When shaving, I'm very careful not to press too hard. You want to gently scrape the skin, otherwise you run the risk of razor burns or cutting. For the brow and upper lip area, I prefer plucking. I shave everything else, except my nose.

If it makes you feel better, call it "razor exfoliation"
- Wash your face before shaving.
- Shave with the direction of hair growth, NOT against it.
- Go over your entire face--yes, even your forehead--using small strokes.
- Splash cool water on your face.
- Tone and moisturize.
