Canon 70d with No Mic vs Lavalier Mic vs Rode Videomic (Audio Test)

In this video I am testing out my new microphone with my Canon 70D Camera. I wanted you guys to help me decide if there was any difference with the audio sounds. After reviewing this video while editing on final cut pro I feel like the sound with the microphones are so much better. I am not sure if I like the audio technica or the Rode Videomic better but they do give a much different sound than using the regular camera mic.
