Hey beauties today i will show you how to make skin brightening rice powder scrub.
For this you will required,
1 Cup of Uncooked Rice.
Half cup of Milk.
How to do it:
Grind uncooked rice in to powder.Add milk in to the rice powder.
Mix together to make thick paste.
Gentaly massage with this scrub in circular motion on your face and neck area.Leave it for 10-15 minutes.
Repeat the process2-3 times a week.
This Rice scrub will help you to get brighter,smoother complexion.
Benefits of Ingredients used in scrub:
Rice: Rice powder has great exfoliating properties.
It will help to brighten skin tone.

Milk It will help to reduce skin's pigmentations and results in to lighter skin tone
