This is how i tone my hair and prepare it for the lavender color. I was going to put this all in one video but as I was editing this, I saw how long it was getting. So i decided to break it into two videos, this being the first. This will help if you just want that white blonde hair and want to get rid of any brassiness.
I use the Salon Care 20 volume creme developer & the Wella T14 toner in lights ash blonde. I got all of this from Sally's beauty salon but if you won't have a beauty salon store near you it is available on Amazon.
