This video will show you how to create stamping nailart decals with ease. I always struggle at stamping nailart. So I saw this technique on instagram and many blogs by some really awesome nailartists. This technique is very easy. Make sure you use a fast drying top coat. I used China Glaze Fast Forward top coat. Its one of my favorite top coat ever. It dries within a minute! haha..
