The 30-day Castor Oil/Liquid Biotin Challenge is back! I reckon I am way toooooooo excited about this whole thing but I do hope you all will joint in the fun on Facebook via this link: https://www.facebook.com/events/873995225974527/.

After having such stellar results the last time, if you’re interested in growing your eyelashes (like me) and eyebrows out to their fullest potential, this is what you’ll need:
1. 30 days of commitment
2. Castor oil (any kind; my preference is the Jamaican Black Castor Oil)
3. Liquid biotin (I am using the one by Puritan’s Pride http://www.amazon.com/Puritans-Pride-Liquid-Biotin-mcg-2/dp/B00KFHORAC/ref=sr_1_2?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1416180046&sr=1-2&keywords=biotin+liquid)
4. A small container for mixing and storage

We’re aiming to apply the concoction twice daily, once in the morning and once at bedtime. If you just want to do it only once a day, try for evening time instead.
