When I saw this New CoverGirl Ultra Smooth Hair Smoothing Foundation that came with an applicator to apply it, my curiosity got the best of me! I had to try this out and demo it to see what it was all about! Price point is between $10-$14 and it has claims to smooth fine facial hair, Olay serum provides silky base to soften the look of skin, optical concealers camouflage and eliminate redness and cover imperfections. So, did this live up to the claims? Watch and see!
I found mine at HEB (Grocery Store in Texas) for $10.99.
