Dark Shimmery Smokey eye makeup + a pop of color ( Tutorial for beginners )

♡♡♡ In this look I used dark colors on the lid and shimmery silver color to highlight the inner part of the lower lash line this is going to help small eyes look wayyy bigger .. I also added a pop of color by applying some blue eyeliner pencil along the water line .. kept it simple by adding no lashes .. just some mascara and a settled winged eyeliner ..
