Start on a Sunday.
* wash you face with a mild cleaner... (i used Ambi Even & Clear Foaming Cleanser or Cetaphil)
*pat you face dry
*clean you face with a PH Prep Solution
combination peel
*Lactic Peel (only on the dark spots) ****the percentage and how long you let the chemical sit on your face depends on your skin****
*Glycolic peel (on the whole face) ****the percentage and how long you let the chemical sit on your face depends on your skin****
*wash your face with Cetaphil or a mild cleanser
*reuse PH Prep Solution and let dry.
*moisturize you skin with Ambi Daily Moisturizer with SPF 30
*Put Nadinola on the dark spots only (this product has 3% Hydroquinone, and 3% Sunscreen)
