Hello beautiful! I hope you enjoyed this sultry black smokey eye, perfect for New Years! This look is so versatile and can be made more or less dramatic depending on the lip color or even the color of eye shadow you use! You can use this same technique with let's say a plum color... that would look beautiful omg. This look is not strictly for New Year's! This is perfect for a night out! I hope you enjoyed! xox.
