Warm up: 30 sec each - 2 rounds
High Knees
Pushups w/ Knee tucks
Jumping Lunges
Burpees (you don't have to do a pushup)
Rest 1min
You will need a KettleBell or Dumbbell
30 KettleBell Swings
15 Clean and Press (each side)
15 Overhead Lunges (each side)
15 Side Bends (each side)
15 Plank Rows (each side)
5 Turkish GetUps (each side)
1min Cardio Circuit: Repeat moves for entire minute
1 Burpee
5 Mt. Climbers
5 Jump Squats
Rest 1min then repeat 2 more times starting with the exercises. You will do 3 rounds of the KB moves and 1min cardio circuit.
Cool Down and Stretch.

*Inspired by Tone It Up KB workout and Six Pack Abs cardio circuit. I picked the moves I liked and switched some things around. Check them out for awesome workouts :-)
