This step 4 and 5 of the Max Hydration Method, this is the quickest easiest step. I do this in the shower, on sopping wet hair. After I apply both I tilt my head down and shake my head side to side really hair and let my hair fall to the front. If you want your hair to fall a different way tilt to one side or another, this results in a full bouncy look.

P.S. there are a lot of gel options I choose to make my own which ended up being the cheapest
Ingredients:
1-2oz of conditioner
4-8oz of water
Flaxseed Gel ( I made it myself, check YouTube for recipes)
Time: 5 minutes
Cost: 5.50 ( for the bag of flax seeds which I only used 1/4)
*Conditioner was 5.69, but note it was used across multiple process and I still have more than half container left :)
