This look was created because I felt cold with winter coming and I associate blue with being cold darn those winter blues :) This look can be worn anytime of year! Don't let seasonal trends keep you from wearing what you want any ime of the year. If I had to go with trends then this would be great for a winter or christmas party look, maybe even new years.
