About Me:
I am a professionally licensed cosmetologist, and freelance makeup artist. I have a 100% vegan diet. This is a cruelty free channel. I don't represent brands that don't perform to professional standards.
FTC: Everything purchased by me.
I am dedicating this dish to my new niece, Amelia. Welcome to the family. Happy Birthday.
My family is very Disney oriented. Since her mother is a huge fan of anything French, I had to go with Ratatouille. This cuisine is a classic peasant dish and is naturally meat free. I am not referring to this dish as being solely vegan, or for vegans. After all, half of the food pyramid is vegan. Healthy eating isn't solely for those on a plant based diet. Its for all those who lovingly create or buy dishes filled with nutrients.
This style of video is dear to me, as its very intimate compared to a makeup video. I was under weather this past weak, and we all need good proteins and nutrients to get revived.
Many people ask me why my skin is clear, and why my eyes have clarity. I owe that to veganism and yoga. My lifestyle puts no pressure on me. Rather love, peace, and fulfillment. I am a hippy at heart. Many of my ideas are non American in nature and tranquil.
I believe in a good life. This is the basis of my nature.
My New Years resolution is to eat more, cook more, travel more, live mas. Enjoy those around me, with an open heart, and open arms. I have spent many years overthinking, under doing, and not living to my full potential. If getting older has taught me anything, its that you have to live 100% of the time. Happy New Year!
