So many of you know that I have been looking forward to Black Friday for sometime now, but this experience threatened to ruin the entire day for me however thankfully it didn't. Nonetheless it was one of the most annoying experiences I have ever encountered anywhere. The thumbnail is a picture of my three kids outside of the Abercrombie store on the very day this story took place;my son is holding his bag of clothes that we just bought from Abercrombie. Both Abercrombie and Sephora have issued apologies to me , and I turned down all "offers" of products as an "I'm sorry" because for me, it's the principal of it all, and no "gift" makes up for the disappointment of the actions of their employees. Rudeness is never acceptable.
