So many of you requested another "healthy meals" video and here it is ^.^ i hope you will enjoy xx
Breakfast 1
Dates
Hazelnuts - i mixed around 150 grams of Dates and 80 grams of Hazelnuts
Coconut flour
Blueberries
Red currants
Bake for about 15 minutes - 190-200 C
Breakfast 2
Banana
Coconut flour
Soy milk - i mixed 1 banana with 120 grams of coconut flour and 150-200 ml of soy milk
Cocoa nibs
Almond slices
-these are quite dry so make sure to eat these with some tea or soy milk.
Lunch 1
Asparagus - 6-7p / person
Salmon - 100 grams -i used some curry and oregano on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes / 200C
White quinoa - 100 grams - i looove quinoa
Lunch 2
Chickpeas - 100 grams - let those in water overnight because it's easier to cook this way, and i boil those for 2 hours, then i always remove the skin

Sesame seeds
Lime
Macadamia nut oil
And for the salad i used baby Spinach - i boil the spinach for a minute
1/2 Avocado
Chia seeds
Macadamia nut oil
Oregano
