I use 1 tbsp. of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda to 1 Cup of the conditioner of my choice and let it sit for 30min. with or without heat. This process of boosting the ph balance of my conditioner opens my cuticle and allows my strands to absorb the moisture and conditioning provided by my conditioner.
