Hi Guys,
I attended the "Healthy Food Tasting" session organized by Washington apples in Collaboration with Prevention magazine (India's No 1 Health Magazine).
The session included nutrition and wellness consultant Ms Sheela Krishnaswamy giving a talk about healthy eating and clearing some doubts the public had. It ended with a live demo of two vegan recipes made by the Carrot restaurant chef's, where the event was held.
