So sad that this is the final week of the series - time to go wild and crazy, i filmed this then considered re-filming a i wasnt sure about it, but it took over an hour to film so i decided to just go with it. Its not the cutest, prettiest of looks but it certainly is experimental and out there and i think that is what the Capitol is all about.
