Lot's of Youtube Subscribers but Little Views

This is not a rant video. I'm opening up and asking you for help.

Those of you who have watched my channel know this is not about the money or fame. I feel like I have earned a viewer-ship and connected with people and yet hardly 5% of them even see your video within the first week.

Worst of all, I'm know I'm not the only person going through this. A lot of this is due to YouTube layout changes and their focus on viewer retention, but even more importantly, YouTube's algorithm change.

If you think signing with a MCN (multi-channel network) is going to help you - chances are it won't. I will discuss my distaste for my network and other networks who has approached me in the passed in another video. I guarantee that would be a huge rant video lol.
