I didn't ask the groomer if i could stay and film Sophie getting groomed. I decided it might be more of a hinderance for the groomer to try to work with her, and seeing it was our first time there, I felt it might be a little rude of me to ask. We ended up going out to lunch and stopped by Walmart while we were waiting. Meanwhile, Sophie was a good girl at the groomer. She was a little squirmy, but she's not used to the clippers. At least the groomer got all her mats out and gave her a good haircut, so now I can try to maintain this haircut by myself now and keep it from getting matted back up again. Her fur was quite long, and her adult coat is just starting to come in, so I'll have to keep after it to keep it the length it is. I just thought I'd share her first trip to the "beauty parlor" with you! Have a great afternoon! Hugs! Colleen xox :-)
