I was requested to make this video about Contact lenses, and how to basically insert, remove and look after your lenses. I am no expert but this is all based on my previous 5 years experience of wearing contact lenses :) And regardless of which lenses you wear, you need to take extra good care of your lenses! (Otherwise things can go wrong and etc)

Please don't leave comments about wearing particular lenses or different colours - no, I don't dislike my own eye colour or size? Because that's silly. Eyes are eyes and I wear lenses because I have bad eyesight. So it's either glasses or contact lenses :) Oh yeah, no comments about vanity either, please go away :)

Contact Lens solution I recommend:
Bausch & Lomb - Boston Conditioning Solution
I've been using this on and off since I first started wearing lenses, and only recently have I seen the big difference in the condition of my lenses :) You want a good contact lens solution, and for the love of God, DO NOT use water. Do not let water get near your contact lenses otherwise they will dry them out, and can cause damage to your eyes. Which nobody wants!

I hope you guys like this video and it helps! Everyone has their own ways of inserting contact lenses, and well, this is my method and technique. I find that this works for me :)
