CIY(Cook-It-Yourself) Japanese Pancakes w/ a Rice Cooker (Summer Treat)

Hey everyone! Today, I'm going to start a new series on my channel called C.I.Y. or Cook-It-Yourself videos. Basically, it's just my love for cooking and food and I realized that not many of my subbies follow my cooking channel. Because of this, I decided to just mostly post my cooking videos on my main channel so everyone is able to view it! I found this really awesome and cool technique of cooking pancakes: IN A RICE COOKER! If you don't have a rice cooker, I'm sorry that this tutorial isn't of much help but you can always just cook it normally on the gridde or pan. Tell me how it goes and I'll make sure to post more videos from now on!

Ingredients:
-2 cups cake flour
-2 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp salt
-1/4 cup sugar
-1 egg
-1 1/4 cup milk
-1/4 cup melted butter

Method:
-Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside
-In a medium bowl, crack the egg and beat it with the milk
-Add in the dry ingredients and the melted butter and mix well together
-Make sure to NOT overmix! Batter should be slighty lumpy
-Pour into the rice cooker and just hit START!
-Should be done when the rice cooker is finished or around 25-30 minutes.
-Make sure that the bottom does not burn! Good Luck!
