What you will need:
275g Of Rice Flour
25g Potato Flour
2 Tablespoons of Tapiaco Flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of xanthan gum
250g Sugar
225g Butter
2 tablespoon Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
200g chocolate chips
1 whole egg
1 egg white.

Info: preheat oven to 190 degrees/ 375 f
Chill dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour
