All the cosplays I have seen of Melisandre have been straight beauty makeup (usually a smoky or cat eye) with a red cloak, and I personally think that's throwing away an awesome character!! The Red Priestess is one of the most mysterious and ambiguous characters in Game of Thrones. Is she good? Is she bad? I wanted to do a very natural "no makeup" look and teach you techniques to help heighten that sense of ambiguity in the character (or, taken to the extreme, the sense of evil). Hope you enjoy and learn something that can help you in whatever character you decide to cosplay!!
