"Look like a Beauty, Train like a Beast"
GURRR. here is my first workout of the week, Monday is chest and back day!
this workout routine was created by me using some knowledge of what i've learned over the years, some of the workouts are very similar to the ones in P90x which is an at home intense workout dvd! i will list the workouts below with the amount of reps and weight that i did.
*i am not a certified personal trainer or anything along those lines, i am merely showing what i do to workout*
Chest & Back Workout:
Circuit 1
-Dumbell Row (2 sets of 25 reps with 10 lbs per arm)
-Standard Pushups (2 sets of max amount of reps)
-Lateral Row/Band Pull-ups (2 sets of 25 reps)
Circuit 2
-Lawnmowers/One Arm Row (4 sets of 25 reps, 2 sets per arm with 10lbs)
-Widefly Pushups (2 sets of max amount of reps)
-Lateral Row/Band Chin-ups (2 sets of 25 reps)
Circuit 3
-Dumbell Chest Press (2 sets of 2 reps with 10lbs per arm)
-Divebomber Pushups (2 sets of max amount of reps)
-Alternating Lateral Row/Band Chin-ups & Pull-ups (2 sets of 25 reps)
...if you are up for the challenge or feel like this workout alone isn't good enough, then repeat circuits 1-3.
