Today's tutorial features rope braids, or twist braids and a diagonal French braid combined to create a cute and unique "shooting star" design. This hairstyle would be great for summer, the 4th of July, dance, gymnastics, sports, school, swimming, skating... many occasions.

Of course, you can mix things up and use any type of braids you want to form this design. This hairstyle looks very cute with a diagonal dutch braid instead of a French braid. You could also finish this with a bun instead of a side braid if you are looking for more of an updo.
