How I make Green Juice! I love to drink this in the mornings before my workouts or even as lunch! This helps me with bloating, gaining more energy for my workouts or post workouts! *You can add as much of the fruits/veggies as you want. I like to add lemon for cleansing the body and cinnamon for boosting my sugar metabolism!
