Detox the body recipe: 2 c. epsom salts, 2 c. sea salt, & 2 c. baking soda. Keep in a covered jar and add 1 c. of the mixture into your bath under running water.
Decreases inflamation and heals cuts and blemishes. Add 3-5 t. fresh minced ginger (tied in cheesecloth or mesh material.) Use this bath a few days a week to remove toxins from your skin and encourage general health. This is especially useful if you are fasting or doing another internal detox, as it is a gentle way to slowly and safely encourage daily pollutants and toxins out of the body. 1 c. of apple cider vinegar will help soften the skin. The salts will decrease inflamation and draw out the toxins. The baking soda will refresh the skin and balance the ph levels in your tissues. Try hot water on days when you need to relax and cooler water when you are looking for a pick-me-up! Enjoy!!
