just some info:
* i usually repeat this entire workout twice
Workouts:
3 Way Calf Raises 25 each way x2 (20 lbs)
Lunge 24 reps, 12 per leg x2 (20 lbs)
Pointed Butt Lifts 50 reps, 25 per leg x2
30second-1minute Wall Squat (between every 3 workouts)
Squat to calf raise 25 reps x2 (10lbs)
Side Lunges 50 reps, 25 per leg x2 (16 lbs)
Side Leg Raises 25 reps per leg x2
Seated Calf Raise (as many as you can do!)
Jump Squats 25 x2
Dead Lift Squats 10-20 per leg/max
Laying Down Inner Leg Lift 25 per leg x2
Straight Leg Butt Lifts 25 per leg x2
