On myself, now that I've done it a couple times, like 20 mins tops. The way I figured it out though was on a friends hair so I could see what I was doing. It was a breeze once I figured it out. =]

That's what's amazing...cause that was my worry..the moment I put in too much hair, it automatically stopped and fixed itself. It was really cool.
