When starting into a healthier life style most people tend to go over board with their New Years resolutions which brings them to failure because they put too much pressure to achieve on themselves at once. We all either have heard stories of this happening, seen it happen, or are guilty of having failed attempts with resolutions.

This year, I want to make everything that much more easy by following the past Healthy Beauty Talk Episodes and keeping up with new ones. And remember! New Years Eve and Day is not the only time you can make resolutions! You can set goals and resolutions for yourself any day of the year!
