Hey Lovelys!
In today's tutorial, I opted for a fun colorful / bold eye look that can be worn at a Holiday or New Year's Eve Party. I wanted to do something different then your traditional neutral eye / red lip, silver eye, or gold eye, so I went for something fun and colorful.
