This tutorial completes the 2-part series, where we played with bright blues with our gorgeous model Katya.

After her eyes were done, we went ahead and filled in her brows with two different eyebrow pencils. We blended the pencils into her eyebrows with a spoolie, then we cleaned up the area underneath. Now our camera actually didn't capture this small portion, and we couldn't go back to re-record that part since we were on set and had to get Katya in front of the camera in record time.

We blended in the cream eyeshadow with eye shadow and blending brushes, then set the brow area with a powder foundation. This is a look that required A LOT of blending, since the blues were really bright and the look had to end up looking seamless.

For her face, we primed the skin then blended in Katya's liquid foundation with my fingers. Since Katya's skin is blemish-free, it was really easy for me to really blend in the foundations using my fingers. Then I used a mineralized skin finish powder in a darker shade, along with her skin tone in powder foundation. This set the foundation but also created a slight tan on Katya's skin which is what I wanted.

Lastly, I added a highlighter and we were done!
