So I'm back with my final Halloween Makeup Tutorial for 2013. I was overall pretty pleased with how all the looks came out this year. I planned in advance and had time to practice. Last year, while I was in the middle of working full time and going back to school for my MBA, I thought my tutorials were so last minute and a little crazy looking lol. Anywho, I digress...this last tutorial is something that I figured you could bust out last minute if you didn't have a costume. Check it out!
