My brother and I filmed this at my house we had so much fun! He is a pastry chef who works at a prestigious resort in our area so he makes amazing things all day long. Through his experience with different client needs he created something that would be good for people who had a gluten intolerance. This is his own spin on a classic apple tart. This is the perfect thing to make and then bring to Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner and it's simple. I hope you guys like it! Stay tuned for the bloopers at the end.
