Getting fit is not as hard as it may seem!
Here are a few tis NOT included in the video.
- Walk when able.
take the stairs and the long way when possible.
- Park a little ways away from your destination.
walking a few extra steps a day is heart healthy!
- Water your juice down!
I know juice is good... but sugar and calories are not.
so pour a cup 1/4 with juice and the rest with h2o!
