Shiny Shine Shine with AMC Shine #20

I have no idea what to call this look, but I wanted to use this teal liner from L'Oreal that LilpumpkinPie05 always uses in her looks. I wanted to see what AMC Shine #20 from Inglot would look like over top of the liner.
