Other Tips:
Wash Hair daily
Try to stay away from foods that cause inflammation: Alcohol and sugar, are the big ones.
Remember, Psoriasis is an autoimmune issue, so keeping your insides healthy will affect your skin. Many people find a sugar and gluten free diet is a huge help (ick, I know).
