Ingredients - 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 lb. ground pork w/ground fennel and seasoning from meat dept., minced garlic, 1 tbs. ground cumin, 1 large onion chopped, 1 tbs. chili powder or a package of Chili mix (however, if you use the packaged chili mix, leave out the cumin beforehand), 1 jumbo can red kidney beans, 1 can black beans, I can diced tomatoes with green chilies. Saute onion till golden, and add minced garlic. Add drained meat back in with the rest of the ingredients and simmer for as long as you want to blend the flavors. You can add chopped bell peppers, but I left them out because hubby doesn't care for them. Enjoy!
