Lisa looks like Katy Perry to me. Very much so. I wanted this makeup to be based around the look of Katy Perry in the Roar Video. I believe the makeup in the video was matte grey based but i decided to go for a shimmer look with this one. I wanted it to be an inspiration from the video. You can use matte or shimmer or both. Whatever works best for you and your eye type.
