I hope this video doesn't sound too negative. I have officially canceled Birchbox for now and have moved no to a couple new beauty subscriptions that I will share with you soon! While I do love skincare and lifestyle extras.. A box that is 100% that isn't really for me. I do have to say that Birchbox has amazing customer service from any of my experiences with them. So certainly kudos for that. I also am not saying I wont re-subscribe one day. We will see! :)
