Hi lovelies! Hope you can forgive me missing my regular Monday upload! And I do hope you enjoy this tutorial. It's inspired by all the bright, sparkling colours of carnival makeup. This look is beautiful for a late summer party. Add thick black (or blue!) winged liner for dramatic flair or pair it with a matte nude lip for a more toned down look.
